"THEATRE FESTIVAL & FLEA MARKET Announced"

The Sheboygan Theatre Company proudly announces their “THEATRE FESTIVAL & FLEA MARKET” to celebrate their 75th Anniversary.  The event is Saturday, August 9th, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Horace Mann Middle School, 2820 Union Avenue, Sheboygan.

For the 3rd year in a row the Sheboygan Theatre Company is bringing back our big rummage sale and making it even bigger.  It is an event that everyone can enjoy.  FREE ENTERTAINMENT including reader’s theatre, improvisational troupe, and karaoke will be presented in the cafeteria from 9:30 to 7:00 p.m. A game of free bingo will be presented at 2:00 p.m. You can enjoy a tasty BRAT FRY, hamburgers, popcorn and drinks from 10 p.m. to 6:30 pm.  RAFFLE items will be available including food, school supplies, children's items, bath & beauty, holiday, & props.  CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES will be located in the lobby including face painting, caricatures, pool, ping-pong, and Wii games.

A FLEA MARKET will be open in the gymnasium from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  All types of items will be available including retail, services, online, crafts, collectable's, antiques, resale, and rummage items. A minimum of a 10 foot by 10 foot space is for rent at $15; plus optional 8 foot by 3 foot tables for rent at $8 each, and 6 foot by 2 ½ foot tables for rent at $6 each. Reservations & prepayment are required. Load in time is August 8th, 12:00 p.m. to 3 p.m.; or August 9th, 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

The RUMMAGE & BAKE SALE is back in full force from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  This is the 3rd year of clearing out furniture, clothing, costumes, shoes, decorations, collections, and many one of a kind oddities.  Prices remain $1 for most items, $5 furniture, 50% after 10:30 a.m., at 12:15 is the bag sale for $3.  No presales.  Bakery donations wanted August 8th. Rummage sale donations wanted July 28th thru August 7th, excluding electronics & all liquids.
