The Sheboygan Theatre Company employs one professional staff member on a full-time and year-round basis.  The Production Manager/Designer is responsible for overseeing, planning, and scheduling production functions at the theatre. He works in conjunction with the guest directors to produce the highest quality productions as possible. He manages the technical supervisor, front of house activities, and company stage management. He designs the settings for each play and directing the volunteer departments which handle set construction, costuming, lighting, painting, sound, makeup, and properties.   He reports and serves as a consultant to the Board of Directors. He chairs the Production Committee, serves as a resource person for the executive committee, transition committee, program development, and long range planning.  He writes the production budgets and controls all show purchases. He serves as consultant to the Board of Directors.
